Voices & Instrumentalists Needed

Ben Salem Musical Groups are starting to practice again and looking for new members. Come out and join them!!

Choir Practice

May be altered due to COVID

The Cherub Choir:

Cherup Choir practices on Wednesday nights at 6:30 PM.

Come and join them singing praises to our Lord!

Children should be between the ages of 3-7.

Junior Choir – Children should be age 8 years and older. The choir practices in the chapel on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM.

Senior Choir

Our Senior Choir will practice at 6:30 PM on Wednesday nights.

We are always in the need of vocalists and those who play instruments. Please contact Cathy Smith for more information.

The Hand Bell Choir

Our Hand Bell Choir practice takes place at 6:30 PM on Thursday evenings. New ringers are always welcome to join us! Call Shirley Kline for more information.

Daybreak practices before and after the 8:00 A.M. Service….They are always looking for new members to join the group.

Invitation for Applications for the Part-time position of Early Service Music Director 

The Director shall be an experienced musician with exposure to contemporary sacred music. Coordinates with the Pastor in selecting and providing music appropriate for worship services and special events. Develops and directs “Early Service Music” with a goal of enhancing and expanding an effective and meaningful early worship service. All interested church members are invited to submit a resume, citing relevant experience and qualifications to the Personnel Committee of Ben Salem United Church of Christ. All correspondence may be delivered to the Church Office. A copy of the position description is posted on the bulletin boards in the narthex.
